yes – the hand pump is good enough and will work with water too – in case you pump with hot water in a hot tub – which is big fun. I did this in Palm Springs in a resort. But usually the pump should not touch water because you pump the remaining air out

Hi Allen. You hit the nail. The opening of a 2-stage cylinder must fit to your built. Otherwise you can have a hard time getting out because everything is so swollen and heavy.

You could also use a silicone ring around the opening. This makes the actual opening a bit smaller and is more comfortable to begin with. But those are quite expensive. I am not sure that Stockroom has them. I have to google where you can buy them. And I will ask a friend.

What lubricant to use for nipple pumping

It is important to use the correct lubricant for different nipple suckers. On the photo you see what happens to TWEAK suckers when you use vaseline. They will grow, get softer and loose the glow. They still are usable but the diameter of the opening will get bigger too. That is maybe not what you want.

For SuppleNips (made of silicone) use vaseline or water based lubricants.

For TWEAK suckers use silicone or water based lubricants but no vaseline

TWEAK suckers are made of TPE as it says on their website.

Nothing to worry about. Those are water blisters. When they open they will loose the liquide into the sucker. I would suggest to take more breakes. 10 min. break. massage. 10 min. break massage. 10 min. 30 min in one go are to long for beginners. They all will produce water blisters. On top of that. Twist and Tweak are more powerful than SuppleNips.

If it burns too much stop a few days and go on. After a month or so you will get less blisters. Your skin will be used to pumping and stretching more.

Well – I rememer that pumping time pre-internet. There was only one way to meet. Via a fanzine called “Pump it Up”. Men had ads with photos in it. You had to order it and it was sent to you by mail.
